phroby Terms & Conditions
for Philippine Players

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the phroby website accessible at phroby.cam, including all associated pages, services, game lobbies, and mobile interfaces.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who creates a phroby account, accesses the Platform, or uses any phroby service.
• "Account" means the registered user account opened by a Player upon successful completion of phroby's registration and KYC verification process.
• "Funds" / "Balance" means the Philippine Peso (PHP) balance held in a Player's phroby wallet, comprising deposits, winnings, and credited bonuses.
• "Real Money Balance" means the portion of a Player's balance comprising actual deposited funds and cash winnings, exclusive of bonus credits.
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, or free spins credited to a Player's account by phroby.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, comprising submission and approval of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document and any additional documentation phroby may reasonably require.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any stake placed by a Player on any game, sports event, or other wagering product offered through the phroby Platform.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government authority responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region in which accessing or using an online gambling platform is unlawful under applicable law.

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the phroby Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. Your continued use of phroby following the posting of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding the interpretation of these Terms, the English-language version shall prevail. phroby may publish an informational summary in Filipino (Tagalog) or other Philippine languages for convenience, but such translations shall not be construed as legally binding interpretations.

To register and maintain an active phroby account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be a natural person aged 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the phroby Platform, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
2. You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Philippine law.
3. You must not be accessing the phroby Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, restricted, or unlicensed.
4. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of phroby, or of any game provider supplying games to the phroby Platform.
5. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or regulatory restriction that prohibits you from accessing online gambling services.
6. You must successfully complete phroby's KYC verification process by providing a valid, unexpired Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a UMID, Philippine Passport, Driver's License, PhilSys National ID, or SSS ID).

phroby reserves the right to decline any registration application, close any account, or restrict access to the Platform at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such action, subject to applicable Philippine law.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active phroby account at any time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether in the same name, using the same device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phroby account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party.

You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your phroby account, whether or not such activity was authorized by you. phroby shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your phroby account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify phroby's customer support team immediately via live chat at phroby.cam so that appropriate security measures can be applied.

phroby reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time, including on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restrictions.

All financial transactions on the phroby Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). phroby does not charge fees on standard GCash and Maya deposits and withdrawals, though third-party payment providers may apply their own charges, which are the Player's responsibility.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount at phroby is PHP 100. Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the Player's verified name. phroby reserves the right to reject deposits from unrecognized or unverified payment sources.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the Player's verified payment method only. phroby does not permit withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposits or not registered in the Player's verified name. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 100. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes during business hours; bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes.

Anti-Money Laundering: phroby complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and related regulations. phroby may request source-of-funds documentation for deposits or withdrawal requests above applicable thresholds, and is obligated to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

All funds deposited into a phroby account must originate from a payment source lawfully owned and controlled by the registered account holder. Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, fraud, or any form of financial crime is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities.

All games available on the phroby Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently tested and verified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are calculated over statistically significant sample sizes and represent theoretical long-term averages — they do not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual session.

By using the phroby Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. All game results are generated by certified RNG technology and are final, absent any verified technical malfunction.
2. In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay that results in an erroneous display of results or payouts, phroby reserves the right to void the affected wager(s) and return the staked amount to the Player's account. Erroneously credited winnings from a technical malfunction may be reclaimed by phroby without prior notice.
3. You will not use any software, algorithm, or system designed to give you an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players, including but not limited to betting bots, card-counting software, or exploit-based strategies.
4. Collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
5. phroby reserves the right to void any bet or confiscate winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a violation of these fair play provisions has occurred.

phroby may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback, and other incentives to Players from time to time. All phroby promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all phroby promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only — eligibility criteria vary by promotion and may include account status, deposit history, or VIP tier.
• Bonus credits must be wagered a specified number of times ("wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, sports bets, and certain slot titles may contribute at reduced rates or not at all — consult the specific promotion terms.
• phroby cashback promotions at VIP Silver tier and above are credited with zero wagering requirements and are directly withdrawable unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash, except where explicit wagering requirements have been met in full.
• phroby reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into an active promotion will not be disadvantaged by mid-promotion changes, except where required by applicable law or regulatory directive.
• Abuse of phroby's bonus or promotional system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or engaging in bonus hunting strategies that constitute bad-faith participation — is prohibited and may result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.

phroby is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and to ensuring that its Platform is not used by vulnerable individuals or minors. The phroby Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. Gambling should never be viewed as a source of income or a means to resolve financial difficulties.

phroby provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible to all Players through the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time. Reduction of limits takes effect immediately; increases to limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out of the phroby Platform.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic pop-up reminders during gameplay showing the duration of the current session and net gains or losses.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cool-off period, access to all gameplay and deposit functions is suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently self-exclude from the phroby Platform at any time. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and is irreversible for a minimum period of six (6) months. phroby will close the account, return any uninvested Real Money Balance (net of any bonus amounts), and take reasonable steps to prevent the Player from creating a new account during the exclusion period.

phroby reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, bonus abuse, or any other form of financial misconduct.
• Account access from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine authority.
• Reasonable belief that the account is being used by a minor or a self-excluded individual.
• Prolonged account inactivity, subject to applicable Philippines laws regarding unclaimed balances.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, phroby will retain any balance in the account until the investigation is complete. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, phroby may forfeit all or part of the balance as appropriate. Where no breach is found, the balance will be returned to the Player in full.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their phroby account may do so at any time by contacting the live chat support team. Voluntary account closure does not preclude phroby from concluding any ongoing investigation or withholding funds where there are reasonable grounds to do so.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phroby, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, game providers, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the phroby Platform or any game or service offered thereon.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of service, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance, or regulatory action.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or transmissions.
• Any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Conduct or content of third-party game providers integrated into the phroby Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit phroby's liability for death or personal injury resulting from phroby's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine consumer protection law.

phroby makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The phroby Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

All content on the phroby Platform — including but not limited to the phroby brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and data — is the property of phroby or its licensors and is protected by Philippine intellectual property laws, including Republic Act No. 8293 (Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines).

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phroby Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any phroby content without prior written authorization from phroby.

phroby collects, processes, and stores Player personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by phroby's Privacy Policy, which is available at phroby.cam/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering a phroby account, you consent to phroby's collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and service improvement.

phroby reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, phroby will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via the email address or mobile number registered on their phroby account.

The version of these Terms in force at the time of any transaction shall govern that transaction. The most current version of phroby's Terms & Conditions is always available at phroby.cam/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the phroby Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your phroby account, or your use of the phroby Platform, phroby encourages Players to first contact the customer support team to seek an informal resolution. Most issues — including payment discrepancies, game result queries, and bonus disputes — are resolved within 24 to 72 hours through direct communication.

Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You expressly agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in the Philippines.

Disputes relating to PAGCOR-licensed gaming activities may also be escalated to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority. phroby will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or dispute resolution process.
